Any pet! We've done cats, dogs, rabbits, parrots, guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles, and more. If you love them, we can sculpt them.

Yes! You can add 1, 2, or 3 pets to a single mug. Adding a second pet is +$15.00 and a third is +$25.00

Each mug is handmade from scratch just for you, so please allow 1 week for production. Once your mug is ready, shipping and delivery takes an additional week, so you can expect your order to arrive within 2 weeks of placing it.

Please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement as quickly as possible, no hassle. That said, we take packaging very seriously — every mug is packed with extreme care, and we're proud to say we've never had a mug arrive broken. Your order is in great hands from the moment it leaves our studio to the moment it arrives at your door.
